Request to reset web password - Step 1: Account identification
It takes a two-step process to reset your web password:
1. Account identification
Fill in this form with the SNR Number, and submit it.

2. Identity validation
After your account is identified, you will be presented with the security question you previously selected. A new web password will be sent to your email address if your answer matches the one you provided. If you have not provided a security question, you must contact Customer Care.
